Naveen Chandra

Naveen Chandra is an Indian film actor, who works both in Telugu and Tamil film industries. He was born in Bellary, Karnataka. His father was a head mechanic at KSRTC Bellary Depot. Since his childhood, he is passionate about movies and this helped him to pave a path in acting.

Naveen made his Tollywood debut with 2005 film Sambhavami Yuge Yuge, but gained fame with the movie Andala Rakshasi. He was last seen in the film 'Nenu Local'.

Career

Naveen Chandra has made his debut as a hero in Tamil movie Agarathi, which was failed at box-office. In 2012, he debuted in Telugu industry with the movie Andala Rakshasi. This film has garnered him huge response for his performance and has won rave reviews for enacting a passionate lover as Surya.

Naveen was seen in bilingual films Dalam and Koottam, where he played an ex-naxalite. Soon he appeared in several Tamil films and gained much fame. In 2015 he was seen in two Telugu movies Bham Bolenath and Tripura. In 2016 he was seen in Lacchimdeviki O Lekkundi and Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu.

Naveen Chandra played the parallel lead role as Siddharth Varma (as a cop) in the romantic-comedy film 'Nenu Local'. It also featured actor Nani and Keerthi Suresh in lead roles.
