Mehrene Kaur Pirzada

Mehrene Kaur Pirzada is an Indian model and actress in Tollywood. She made her acting debut with Telugu movie "Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha" opposite actor Nani. The film was a huge hit at the box-office. She made her Bollywood debut with the movie "Phillauri".

Biography

Mehrene Kaur was born on 5 November 1995 in Bhatinda, Punjab. She completed primary education in Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer and later in Pathways World School, Gurgaon. During her schooling she was the Student's Council Member and Vice-Captain. She has represented India at Young Global Leaders Conference at Washington D.C. and New York.

Mehrene loves travelling, adventure and trekking. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and a pre-national air pistol shooter. She is a member of Model United Nations (MUN) and Round Square Conferences.

Mehreen has done her first ramp walk at the age of 10 and won the title of 'Kasauli Princess' at a beauty pageant. She was later crowned as Miss Personality of South Asia Canada 2013 in Toronto. She was also the Face of Dove India The Dove Foundation India, associated with Nikon (TVC and Print Media), Pears Disney Cinderella (TVC and Theatre Ads) and shot a Thums Up Ad in Tamil with the Tamil actor Vishal. Then she made her acting debut in Tollywood industry along side Nani in Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha

Bollywood debut Phillauri

Phillauri is an Indian Bollywood romantic comedy film, directed by Anshai Lal and produced by Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Sharma. It featured Anushka Sharma, Suraj Sharma, Mehrene Kaur Pirzada and Diljit Dosanjh in lead roles. Mehrene played the role as Anu love interest of Suraj as Kanan. The movie has released on 24 March 2017.
