Lavanya Tripathi

Lavanya Tripathi is an Indian actress, who is well known for her Telugu and Tamil films. She has won Miss Uttarakhand title in 2006 and has also acted in Hindi serials like Ssshhhh...Koi Hai and Pyaar Ka Bandhan. She made her big screen debut with Telugu movie Andala Rakshasi. Later, Lavanya was seen in movies like Doosukeltha, Manam, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, Soggade Chinni Nayana and many more. Her latest released movie is Yuddham Sharanam.

Biography

Lavanya was born on 15 December 1990 in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh and was grown up in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. She has completed her schooling in Dehradun from Marshalls School and graduated in Economics from Rishi Dayaram National College, Mumbai. She always dreamt to be an actress but her father wanted her to complete her education first. She later started modelling and featured in few commercials.

Career

Lavanya Tripathi has won Miss Uttarakhand title in the year 2006 and then started her modelling career. She was first seen on television in Hindi serials. With her friends suggestion, she attended auditions and featured in the 2012 Telugu film Andala Rakshasi. She earned critical acclaim for her performance as Midhuna and won the best debutant award from Maa TV.

The later year she starred in Doosukeltha which also proved successful. She made her Tamil debut with 2014 film Brahman. She made her roots in Tollywood with the hit movie Bale Bale Magadivoy.
